Stone Densifiers and Sealers

WerkMaster's range of environmentally friendly formulations were developed to eliminate the high maintenance requirements of conventional floor finishes producing excellent results that protect and enhance the cosmetic appeal of the floor.
Customers are demanding low maintenance, long lasting beautiful floors that are acid and stain resistant. Our formulations ensure minimum 24 hour stain and etching resistance to acids, wine, coffee, vinegar, mustard and other chemicals making them an excellent choice for grocery stores, food courts, garages, restaurants, hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.

Densifiers

UltraHard Uses: Benefits: Concentrated Potassium Silicate Concrete Densifier. C.F.I.A. Approved MSDS [PDF 84k] TDS [PDF 52k] Concrete Cure, Chemical Hardener, Dustproofer. Creates a hard, wear resistant surface. Can cut in half to get twice the coverage. No scrubbing needed. Darkens floor 10%. UltraHard Lithium Uses: Benefits: Lithium Silicate Concrete Densifier. C.F.I.A. Approved MSDS [PDF 80k] TDS [PDF 72k] Concrete Cure, Chemical Hardener, Dustproofer. Creates a hard, wear resistant surface. Spray application—no scrubbing or rinsing required. Hardens floor more and penetrates deeper then Potassium Densifier.

Sealers

UltraGuard Uses: Benefits: Sealer & Surface Wear Protector. C.F.I.A. Approved MSDS [PDF 70k] TDS [PDF 53k] Indoor & outdoor breathable acrylic sealer for all concrete, terrazzo and stone applications where wear, stain and UV protection is required. Superior Slip Resistance – James Scale Rating of 7 Penetrating & topical sealer/polish protectant used in the WerkMaster Ultra Floor System. Suitable for all terrazzo, concrete, masonry and stone surfaces. Can be used as a primer for UltraGuard-Supreme. Provides stain protection against water, oil, vinegar and caustic acid based substances. Efflorescent and corrosion resistant. Penetrates to adhere to substrate. U.V. stable. Non-yellowing. Easy to apply. Can buff for better results. UltraGuard Plus Uses: Benefits: Sealer & Surface Wear Protector. C.F.I.A. Approved MSDS [PDF 73k] TDS [PDF 59k] Excellent wear protector for commercial, residential, industrial and institutional facilities. Superior Slip Resistance – James Scale Rating of 7 Penetrating & topical sealer/polish protectant used in the WerkMaster Ultra Floor System. Suitable for all terrazzo, concrete, masonry, stone, vinyl and VCT surfaces. Burnish to a high gloss finish. Provides stain protection against water, oil, vinegar and caustic acid based substances. U.V. stable. Non-yellowing. Easy to apply. UltraGuard Supreme Uses: Benefits: Aliphatic Two-Part, Urethane Floor Coating. MSDS Part A [PDF 73k] MSDS Part B [PDF 79k] TDS [PDF 61k] Recommended for all hard surfaces including sheet vinyl, linoleum, VCT, terrazzo, granite, marble, concrete, quarry tile, wood and many other types of flooring. School or Institution common areas and hallways. Concrete floors where maximum resistance to chemicals, acids and oils is required. Restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Chemical and car battery aisles. Improve SCOF Slip Resistance to 7. Non-yellowing. High gloss. Environmentally friendly. Eliminates need for stripping. No burnishing or buffing required. 8 Hour Pot Life. One hour dry time. Low VOC (98g/1). Water Based Environmentally Safe. Eliminate strippers. Excellent abrasion resistance/gloss retention. Efflorescent and corrosion resistant. Penetrates to adhere to substrate. U.V. stable. Easy to apply. Non-invasive odour.

Cleaners

UltraClean Hi-Lite Uses: Benefits: Neutral Cleaner for Daily Maintenance. MSDS [PDF 83k] TDS [PDF 64k] Ideal for use with auto scrubbers. Excellent for general purpose cleaning and damp mopping. Maintains Slip Resistance and Durability of ULTRAguard and ULTRAguard PLUS. No dulling film after drying. Low pH. Low sudsing. Enhances gloss finish. Organic ingredients.Has light citrus sent that’s non-invasive. UltraSeal Restore Uses: Benefits: Conditioning Cleaner/Restorer for UltraSealed floors. MSDS [PDF 96k] TDS [PDF 48k] Daily use neutral cleaner for all floors sealed with UltraSeal. Added protection on floors that have been densified and not sealed. Cleans and fortifies the floor. Increases shine, improves appearance and applies extra protection with each use. Provides increased anti-slip protection. Can be used with auto scrubber or applied by mop or microfibre pad. Safe in food preparation areas.
